Ad winter & 1st summer Med Gulls still. Adult sticking to far merse shore Carse Bay. 1st winter offshore Carsethorn village. Plenty Whimbrel still. PJ

Carsethorn & Carse Bay

Falling tide 1300-1400. Carsethorn. At least 9 Whimbrel & several Little Egret. Returned Redshank numbers well up. 1 Bar-tailed Godwit & later 7 Black-tailed Godwit flew in. Carse Bay. Ad winter & 1st summer Med Gulls, 1 Whimbrel, 2 Bar-tailed Godwit, several Goosander, 1 Greenshank at mouth Carse Pow. Several Ringed Plover & Dunlin in both areas. PJ
