also a lifelong field naturalist who previously worked for the English

Lisa’s main subjects are the birds and wildlife of Dumfries and
Galloway, although frequent visits to the Northern Isles have yielded
a substantial body of work inspired by Orkney and Shetland. She also
enjoys portraying insects, particularly moths.
You can see Lisa’s work on her website www.hoopoeprints.co.uk by going to the 'Shop' area which has a number of categories and can also be searched by ‘latest’ etc.
Lisa works from her home studio and welcomes visitors to the gallery
when she is at home or the sign is "out". Contact details are on the
home page of her website.
Her work is also available locally from;
- The Gallery at Laurieston (it's OK to go to the site despite the "unsecure" warning message you'll initially get upon clicking/tapping link)
