White-billed Diver

Loch Ryan report

Immature White-billed Diver on Loch Ryan at 0630hrs this morning. An adult summer plumaged Great Northern Diver was present alongside for a stunning side-by-side comparison! Don't know how long it will remain but the Great Northern - or one very similar - has been present for much of the week, with best views being in the early evening, out in mid-loch between Wig Bay and Stranraer.
