Mull of Galloway / Burrow Head

Several puffin off the southern cliffs, a leucistic guillemot seen in flight just off shore, families of stonechat, wheatear and meadow pipits around the headland. Redpoll, willow warbler and whitethroat also around the headland. Probable Minke Whale in the distance and an Arctic and Great Skua distantly offshore chasing kittiwake. Spotted flycatcher down Auchie Glen.

Isle of Whithorn yesterday (1st June) - 1 puffin off Burrow Head, Lesser Whitethroat along roadside to Burrow Head caravan park, 3 Lesser Whitethroat in bushes along path on southern side of Isle of Whithorn bay/harbour. Gavin & Alyn
