Englishmans (Golden) Eagle

Eoin Fraser reports one seen in Dalveen Pass, near Moffat. Also Red Kite. 

Ed. I looked long at this image & wondered & the primary "fingers" led me to issue as reported. Thanks to "Rick", my eyes agree that it's the Englishmans Eagle, the Common Buzzard. Doesn't matter how many times you see these birds, you can still be mistaken! Lesson ended 😳👍😊
