Kookaburra & Sand Martin

17th. 9am on a lamppost outside Kirkcudbright Fire Station, a Kookaburra being mobbed by noisy Herring Gulls - they were successful sending it off eastwards. Anna White. Also a Sand Martin seen yesterday on the River Dee at NTS Threave NR.
