Black Redstart

Bill Jamieson reports; Solway coast Newbie. A bird hawking about on the Glaxo security fence this afternoon, 200 yards down the path from the Newbie Barns car park. Also had a run over to the Greenshank high tide roost on the river opposite the steel works. After a consistent count of 24/27 birds most of the autumn, not a single bird remains, (been steadily falling from mid-October).
